For years, I experienced recurring imbalance and discomfort after intimacy. Even as a physician, the frustration and self-consciousness it caused were difficult to ignore. I knew I wasn’t alone. Many women quietly live with the same experience.
What struck me most was how often intimate care products focused on fixing problems after they appeared, rather than supporting balance before anything ever felt wrong.
I tried product after product, but they were often too harsh, overly fragranced, or so clinical that they removed any sense of care or beauty from the routine.
